Officine Turistiche | Ready, set, go!

It’s hard to begin to tell my story, especially after so many years of hiding behind the quote of Lewis Hine: “If I could tell the story in words, I wouldn’t need to lug around a camera”.

Yes, because I’m a photographer, but I’m also an assistant bather, a swimming instructor, a sommelier, a cheese taster, a managing director of a travel agency, and many other things that I can’t remember right now… but it doesn’t matter.
Also the other adventure companions of Officine Turistiche are “many other things”, but the passion for the good things in life encouraged us to start studying and working on this project together. Studying for sure! “Stay hungry, Stay foolish” could also work, but not all the projects are born in a garage… and we don’t even have a garage. We have books, papers, data analysis, tourism and trade fair reports. And also tastings, samples, courses, winery visits and many kilometres travelled.
We don’t know if being outside the field is a good or a bad thing, but we are not here to teach anything to anyone through Officine Turistiche. We believe that with the Italian artistic heritage, with the tradition of food and wine and with a lot of passion, one can tell many interesting stories. We want to try it out with travels, images, news and stories. If you think the same way, start following us and tell us your story.
