Visit and tasting in Turin
Visit and tasting | about 1 Hour
The history of our chocolate producer began in 1964. It is the story of a craftsman who wants to combine respect for tradition with the drive towards careful innovation, combining creativity, taste and passion for high quality handcrafted chocolate. Our guided-tasting is a moment of delicacy, relaxation and discovery of the traditions of Torinese chocolate… we are going to know the most representative product of these traditions: the “Gianduiotto”. During the tasting you will learn the history and secrets of handcrafted chocolates, you will discover the origins of the main raw materials and the most important stages of processing and, of course, you can taste many specialties. From classic Gandujotti, to refined “Cremini”, to brand new creations. The whole, possibly, complemented by a dedicated drink: Hot chocolate, classic “Bicerin” or summer version, Barolo Chinato or Vermouth Antica Formula.

Visit and Chocolate Tasting in Turin
Visit and tasting | about 30 minutes
Our philosophy is to educate the taste to learn to capture the aromatic nuances of a quality Chocolate. The choice of elements of the highest quality :Cocoa Beans (from Venezuela, Ecuador, Sao Tomè), PGI Hazelnuts from the Langhe and milk from the Piedmontese chain ; allow to make an high quality cocholate winner of numerous international awards. The best cocoa beans, after being selected, arrive directly in the laboratory where are worked directly, from cleaning to refining, to turn them into chocolate: “From bean to bar”
The Piedmont PGI hazelnut finds its maximum exaltation in the meeting with cocoa, where aroma and quality are expressed at their best.
The Langhe are one of the most suitable areas for Hazelnuts. In the Langhe, Hazelnut cultivation began in the second half of the 1800s, making it the most important cultivation in the area, the Alta Langa monoculture.
The objective of this experience is to perceive the characteristics of the chocolate we are going to taste. The discovery of pleasure lies in the progressive length of the aromas within the mouth, which will allow the imagination and memory to react to stimuli. The experience of tasting shows that the analysis “forges the taste“.
