Cooking class and lunch/lasts about 4 hours/ Minimun 4 persons
Cooking class products will be almost entirely organic, selected by giving priority to local farming and to the Organic products of the farm . The class lasts about 3 hours and it will be taught by the Chefs of the Mulino a Vento restaurant. Participants will learn how to prepare some of the most famous Tuscan dishes, appetizer to dessert from scratch.

Cooking Class and Lunch with Local Products
Cooking class and lunch | lasts about 4 hours
This is a great opportunity to get an insight about the delicacies of Tuscan cooking. After gathering fresh vegetables from the patch, we’ll learn the secrets about Tuscan dishes from our Chef. We’ll prepare handmade fresh pasta with flours ground in the farm’s windmill, a second course with a vegetable side order made with in-season organic vegetables , and lastly a dessert. At the end of class, participants will savor the prepared dishes paired with organic low-sulfite wines from the farm.
